Please outline key points prosecution and defence case(s).

McMillan was back, but did not testify: as Crown was outlining prosecution which would include statement from arresting PC Vennel, Defendant spoke up to point out that she has read it and ‘he admits he could not hear me’. Her defence would be knowledge and communication. Statement was read out, which included ‘I could not hear her fully’.

Defendant requested bodyworn to be shown to prove the noise level.

Judge said that in the circumstances PC Vennel would have to appear in person to explain himself and be questioned by Defendant; video not enough.

Trial rescheduled for 24 Feb, 2 p.m.

Was defence evidence submitted in writing?

Something not working: Defendant said she had emailed and posted her skeleton 10 days ago -- but it had not apparently reached the court.

She herself did not receive the PC statement and bodyworn when due, she had to apply, but got them in time.
