Inspector Tara Johnson called to testify over her statement on imposition of conditions of Section 14, BWV shown.

 

Defence case 

1. Legality of Section 14 Order, cross examined Inspector Tara Johnson on the timings of the reviews and the Crown has not offered evidence to show that the reviews were ongoing after the 48 hour review done on the 18           

NOTE the DJ applied these arguments across all cases in the group trial
