Mr. Bryant

Please outline key points in prosecution and defence cases.

An unequivocal plea. She had written 2 emails saying she was guilty but then proceeded to say why she wasn’t. She was represented.

Because of this, police witnesses were called, both the Bronze commander, Jack May-Robinson and the arresting officer.

Was defence evidence submitted in writing?

A mitigation statement was read out.

Did defence witness(es) give evidence in person? Were they cross-examined?

No

What was the verdict,
sentence, costs?

Guilty

7 months c/d; £85 costs; £21 v/s paid in 14 days.
The extra month was because witnesses had appeared.

Please add anything else relevant.

Just that it was my first unequivocal plea.
