The criminal damage to police officer charge was dropped as he was not in court. Following the CPS evidence (never ending videos showing nothing or little), Raj applied for the case for all three defendants to be dismissed as no evidence refuting consent to damage the building by HR Smith was produced. The bench decided the case should proceed. CPS applied for amendment to the charge removing the name HR Smith and replacing with Speckmack.
Defence: Article 10, belief in consent and necessity. No permanent damaged caused to the building
