She was in Oxford Circus during the rebellion and refused to move. The Government declared a climate emergency in 2019 and it has done nothing to mitigate against climate change since then. It is breaking its own laws since the Paris Agreement.  CO2 must stay in the ground.  She does not feel guilty for staying in the road even though she is pleading guilty.  She has no choice.

Guilty. S!4 was lawful and proportional under the circumstances.
